Contact us
The fastest way to reach us is email:
We read everything. Classroom mail is what decides what gets built next, more often than not. The most useful messages tell us:
- A word would not fit. Send the word list and the difficulty you picked, and we will look at whether the placement rules can do better.
- Something printed the wrong size. Tell us your printer model and the paper size you loaded. True size is our whole promise, so these reports go first.
- Your school uses a handwriting style we do not have. Name it. We can only bundle open-license fonts, but requests are how we decide which styles to add.
- An ad got in the way. Ads belong beside the tools, never on top of them and never near the print and download buttons. Tell us what you saw and on which page.
One privacy note: please do not email us a class list or children's names. Our tools are built so those never need to leave your device, and email would undo that. A made-up example list shows us the same problem just as well.
We aim to reply within two business days. EduPacket is a small operation, and in the first weeks of a school year the inbox fills faster than it empties, so it can take a little longer then. Thank you for your patience, and for the work you do in the classroom.
Submit feedback
Found something broken, missing, or quietly annoying? This is the place. Feedback goes to the same inbox above and is read by the person who builds the site. Fixes and improvements ship in small batches as time allows, and the reports below are what decide the order:
- Something went wrong - a button that did nothing, a PDF that came out odd, a page that would not load.
- Something is missing - a worksheet type, a paper size, a handwriting style, a language.
- Something could be better - a step that takes too many clicks, wording that confused your class.
The button opens your mail app with the first lines filled in - just finish the sentences and send. And the note above still applies: never send real children's names; a made-up example makes the same point.
